The law-of-attraction is all about becoming a master of your state of feeling. This message brings together the idea of connecting with your spirit and practicing the law-of-attraction in a powerful way. I encourage you to have roughly 30-40 minutes free so you can immerse yourself in the feelings of the piece as well as the concepts.

The law-of-attraction is the understanding that like attracts like. The feeling that you radiate reflects the feeling of the reality you are attracting to you — and is therefore the largest determinant of the reality you draw to you (the reality you are creating / unfolding).

many teachings on the law-of-attraction recommend focusing purely on what you want. This is a way of using the process in an objectifying way. And there is nothing wrong with this, but due to the complex mentality of our desires it can be fraught with various hurdles which can lead to mixed results.

By going to the heart of the law-of-attraction, we will go to the heart of the feeling of YOU. This will show us what it means at a feeling level so that you can carry it with you through your daily routine. We will strip back the layers to come to this simple understanding that…

What you feel is what you are attracting to you.

becoming conscious of the feeling inside you is the best way to utilize the law-of-attraction. This to understand and align with what you are attracting.

To feel your dream is to attract the life of your dream.

To take a non-physical perspective of the law-of-attraction, let us enter our essential self — our spirit. Take a few deep breaths and breath out anything anxious or fractious that you do not want to be feeling. Breathe into your core.

feel the core of your being and let the world fall away.

Let the details of your life and the events of the last few days all fall away. Let go of anything that has been on your mind, or that you have been worrying over. Release anything you have been trying to work out or solve. Let all this fall away. Come to the feeling of your center / your core / your spirit.

allow a sense of peace, harmony, and ease where there is nothing to worry about. Feel how you are looking forward to this experience and are therefore falling deeper into it. Connecting my heart to your heart. Feeling into the stillness of our oneness and unity, feeling the greatest peace you’ve ever felt inside yourself. The greatest knowing that all is well — that you are safe, and everything is going as you want.

Breathe.

everything is unfolding beautifully. Everything is feeling good. Feeling at peace. Feeling well. Feeling good about how your life is going. Feeling the flow. Feeling that you are flowing from this place of inner peace, understanding, connection, and abundance. Knowing, “This is who I am.”

feeling the joy of your spirit, the joy for life, the joy for being. Allowing this state, this feeling, this peace. The more you go on this journey, the more you come to know yourself. Take some deep breaths to clear your feelings of anything that feels divisive or fearful. The more you can come to this space of satisfaction, peace, bliss, knowing, and safety, the more (in a text like this) you can meet the energy and swim in it, connect with it, resonate with it, and expand through it.

This is the feeling of falling into your spirit.

Breathing in your spirit. Letting it fill you, washing away the packaging of life. This feeling does not connect with the facades and masks of this world. This energy is the essential you — the source of you. It is the flow of our source-consciousness. The more you allow it to engulf you, the more those fractious things, the worldly drama, and the packaging all fall away in this state and you feel what you really are / what you are inside / what you are in the non-physical — in spirit.

And this state of consciousness— this feeling— this is what we are bridging to here. We connect from embodiment (the physical) to the non-physical (the flow of our spirit). Our embodiment is a face of our spirit. We are all source-consciousness flowing into experience and choosing the experience of time and space — the choice to be physical. The flow of our eternal consciousness permeates all; it is all. We are source energy flowing in a focused way into a shared conception of reality — in our case, the Earth.

We are all a part of the leading edge of source-consciousness choosing to take on the conception of being a human on Earth. We are diving into that conception — that mechanism — that forms the experience of being in an embodied reality within linear-time  (within finite existence). It is a cloak — a veil— that we each chose to be as source-consciousness.

And, in choosing to be it, we extend what we are into it and through it. But what we always are at our core is this peace, this flow, this harmony. But also, this revelation, this creation, this expansion, this desire for life, this harmony, this knowing of unity, this knowing of being eternal where there is no fear of death or separation. This state of consciousness exists within each of us. Not only within us, but it is the core of us — the birth point, the birth seat. We are the flow of energy that erupts into physical manifestation.

We have this wonderful world — the Earth. It is a place that is particularly defined. Each person contains many layers of definition (archetypes) that are combined and mixed. And then there is the infinite, outward detail that represents our uniqueness — the uniqueness of the way in which we each wish to experience this world. It is our cloak / our form / our packaging, and it takes on this infinite variety. And there are shared symbols in it through which we link. But we are each so unique and this is expressed through the diversity.

There are ways in which we have intended to get entangled in these definitions. We hard-wire beliefs into ourselves about what is connected to what — we make associations. And through the process of a childhood experience, this world imprints many ideas onto us; it leaves imprints and changes of association — changes of wiring.

Our original choice of “what to be” grows as it merges into physicality — as it presses itself both into and across time. It takes on a sometimes unexpected form — a form that is always being created in the moment. You do not know exactly how your non-physical being will appear in physicality and this is a part of the surprise / a part of the wonder / a part of the depth of the illusion.

The reason that this depth of illusion is chosen is to hide the game — to hide the illusion— because that is what has made the reality of Earth so incredible (this degree of the illusion, this depth of game, this degree of separation).

In entering this world, we take on this intricacy that then organically grows and develops and has its own in-built mechanisms. All consciousness seeks to preserve itself. So even wounds that you birth have their own consciousness through which they seek to exist — through which they seek to persist. And this creates these flows and mechanisms as we take on an identity; they are a part of why we choose it.

It is so extraordinary. It is so extraordinary to be a human where we navigate the complexity of our experience by using the simplicity of our feeling.

feel the openness of your spirit. Feel its stillness, oneness, and unity, but also feel its lack of detail and definition — it’s lack of edges. See how your spirit feels in comparison to the feeling of your human self that is entrenched within definitions, drama, and details.

feel how consciousness that is in a state of harmony and unity could want to dive into an experience where it is segmented, broken into different flows, whirlpools within itself, such that it experiences new sensations of flow, of reality, of life, of form.

feel the wonder and marvel of that which is one choosing to experience itself as many (where it does not know exactly what it will experience).

See how human life presents spirit with new surprises, with a physical body and associated life cycle that is imprinted onto this world such that your spirit may enter it and experience what it is to be human.

What is being pointed to here is the mechanism of the non-physical emerging into the physical. This is to see the difference between the calm and harmony of your spirit in relation to your outward self (your personality, your history, your story). See how they are connected, but also see how they are different.

feel how your spirit and your human self are both you.

many who seek to use the idea of the law-of-attraction are often acting from their personality (from within the complexity, from within the detail) as they engage this mechanism of creation. And, due to those incredible flows, their sheer variety, and the systems present within them, this can lead to a variety of hit and miss results.

What I want to do with this text is bring through the idea of your attractive, abundant state from the non-physical — your spirit — in order to birth it into your life through the feeling of your heart (rather than trying to penetrate your mental blocks). So, we are going to begin within and through that which is:

- already present and available.
- already flowing and harmonious.
- already at peace and calm.
- already abundant and plentiful.
- already knowing of its eternal safety.

This is the aspect of you that is not in fear—this is YOUR spirit

This state within you, this feeling I am inviting you to birth into your physical life, is to experience the world from the feeling of your spirit. And it is already present within you. Your spirit is not a separate state which arises from meditation or a spiritual practice. This is not a feeling I want you to segment off because it is present in All-That-You-Are. Instead, I want you to allow this core feeling to be the foundation of your reality. Do this and you will find that you can build whatever you like — which is to say whatever you can believe— on the foundation of this feeling.

You will still choose to have challenges, drama, the overcoming of obstacles, and even the feeling of conquests (whatever it is you want), but you will also allow yourself to remember your spiritual state at its foundation / its core. So, though you may choose to — from this birthing foundation — dive into all sorts of excitement and separation, you will always remember this place / your spirit / this deeper level of knowing that you can always return to because it is the remembering of what it feels to be eternal consciousness.

Bring this inner feeling outwards and let it engulf you.

know this feeling as yourself.

invite your spirit in — its viewpoint, its many perspectives, its expansiveness. Within it you will feel your original desire to give birth to yourself into this world. And, as you make this choice to walk the path of connecting with your spirit, know that you are bridging into the realization and power of what you already are — a non-physical, eternal flow of unlimited energy.

As you connect with your spirit, the conflicted mental aspects of your human self that do not resonate with this inner peace will begin to come forward within your psyche for transformation and release. As you polish the mirror of your life — as you come to “know thyself” — you are coming to look into the mirror of reality (and thereby yourself) in a clearer way than ever before.

This clarity flows from the release of all judgment and associated fears.

The remembering of your core abundant state and the bringing of it into your daily life then acts as a powerful point of contrast. That is why it takes courage to see yourself clearly because it is to see your life in clarity (which is to see through your own self-denial). This means that, as well as the bliss and harmony within, you will also see — in a clearer way than ever before — all your drama, victimhood, lack of self-worth, aggression, and blame.

You will see these things more clearly than ever before because you will be seeing them in relation to your inner feeling of peace and unity.

To integrate this deep level of awareness of who and what you are is also to face your beliefs about who and what you are. To connect with your spirit is to have to re-evaluate much of what you have been taught. This is where you will find that your spiritual experiences won’t always align with your spiritual beliefs and this is always an invitation to discover a deeper level of understanding.

I find it unfortunate that so many people who follow the spiritual path experience this beautiful feeling of their spirit not so much as who they are, but as a place to visit in times of mediation or contemplation. As such — even though it is their spirit they are feeling— they experience it as a place where they come and go. Within this is the belief that your spirit is in a separate place and is therefore separate from you.

As long as you believe that you have been separated from your spirit while human, you will at some level feel separate from your experience of the world / your everyday life.

This text is an invitation to accept this feeling, this inner reality, this peace, this fullness, this flow as being the manifestation of what you are at the deepest level — namely free, eternal consciousness (your spirit). These words are an invitation to accept the feeling that all is well such that this knowing can permeate your everyday life.

Can you believe that all is well? Are you willing to change as a person to accommodate this kind of viewpoint? Because, depending on how contrasting this ease and freedom is to your everyday life, it can be threatening to your very identity (to aspects that you are attached to seeing in a certain way). It is life-changing to realize that the feeling of your spirit isn’t something just for church, prayer, or meditation, but for your daily life.

You can still feel your spirit as you walk down the street, as you eat a meal, as you go shopping, as you watch television, as you do your work, or see your friends. No matter what it is you are doing, you can hold yourself— your awareness of self — in relation to the feeling of your spirit.

experiencing life in relation to your spirit (by keeping the awareness of your spirit active in your energy field) is to stay plugged into your greatest power. Remember, your spirit is the point before all the complexity — before all that challenges and confuses you. Your spirit is the source of All-That-You-Are— the core of you. No matter what you are experiencing, it begins with your spirit and comes forward into the world where it takes on physical form, definition, and emotional charge.

To carry this knowing in your awareness is to give yourself a new tool (as well as the gift of always feeling the beauty of who you are). This gift is the perspective of viewing your human experience from the knowing of your spirit such that you see the world as something you are creating—rather than as something you are contained within.

When we get caught purely in our drama, we flow with that drama and do not see it in relation to the ease that is possible. And this is how people get caught in drama; they do not stand outside of it in order to see it. And now, by having this anchor point of your spirit — this zero point — you will see your whole life in relation to it and becoming aware of what is happening within you.

Through this new level of awareness you will become aware of what is not in accord with the flow of your spirit. This is your work in human form. It is your chosen work. It is the journey you have chosen to experience and it is the unraveling / blossoming of the message of yourself into reality.

You chose your human form with great reason and so much of that journey is to unravel (unfold or blossom) the self-definitions you have chosen in order to fully experience them. And, through this detail, your history, and the stories you tell of your life, you come to perceive the world in a certain way — what you call “your human self. You needed to take on those stories and definitions in order to have the experience of identity; otherwise you would just know yourself as the flow of eternal-consciousness.

From a perspective, it could be said that individuality is the only vacation (from being what it eternally is) that our spirits ever get.

inside each of us is the story of our human self which includes wounds, ruts, obsessive patterns, attachments, fears, shame, and guilt. These are unique energetic patterns. And although we label them as negative, they are — to our eternal spirit— amazing experiences only available within realities where we experiences ourselves as separate individuals. But now, as we start to remember where we birthed from, we are asking to release theseillusions within form”.

Start this process by seeing your wounds, fears, and judgments for what they are. Clearly see the things with which you have clouded your perception of reality in a way that makes life seem difficult. Do not be afraid to see the complexity you have chosen to face and unravel in this life. Do not be afraid to see the incredible challenges within the game you have chosen to play. And now remember that what you are is not purely the result of your wounded experiences because you are so much more than that — you are eternal consciousness.

You are not the resultof your life.

You are the choice to experience your life.

This is the journey before each of us, the journey into feeling your fully flowing heart — for that is the feeling of your spirit. Use this clarity of feeling to see your own inner battles such that you can release them — by simply seeing that you can choose to let them go — because all you need to do, in order to let them go, is see them clearly.

Use this clarity to detect when your feeling turns from the positive feeling of your spirit to the fearful thoughts that often circle our minds.

What happens in your personal reality that knocks you out of the feeling of your spirit? As you are now walking through life with the awareness of your spirit, what is it that happens to upset this? What knocks you out of the flow? What makes you feel bad? What changes your mood from a flowing feeling to a difficult or obstructed one?

This is your greatest point of power for change. See what takes you from the good feeling to the bad feeling — to concern, to worry, to fear, to anxiety, to depression, to feeling down, to feeling low, to feeling wounded, or to feeling victimized. Then, IN THAT moment, ask:

“Why have I chosen this and what is it about the nature of this experience that caused this change in my feeling of self?”

“Why have I chosen this experience to be exactly as it is?

” “Why am I choosing this particular obstacle?”

“What am I showing myself here?

” “Why does this experience seem to hold power over me?”

“What is the message of this experience?”

To be a master of the law-of-attraction is to be a master of your own state of feeling.

It is important to understand that even though we can often clearly see in hindsight where our mood turned from positive to negative, we often do not catch it in the moment in terms of taking a breath, stopping, and being aware that we are making a choice to react negatively.

To become aware of the juncture where your mood changes is to discover just how powerful the wounded emotions are that divert our flow. In this, you will be aware that your negative emotions are notwrong or a mistakeand you may deeply feel how I am justified in feeling this”. So, this cannot be approached from a place of seeing negative moods as wrongand therefore seeking to eradicate them.

ELABORATION: The deeper knowing that comes forward is the realization that although you may be justified in why your positive mood turned to a negative one, this does not change the fact that the person your negative mood will most harm, block, impede, derail, or imprison is you.
This is to understand there is a point in all wounding experiences where the wounded person has to choose to turn around and start seeing themselves as the empowered creator of their experience (instead of viewing themselves as a victim of it). This is not purely to “undo” what was done, but it is to have a deeper understanding of both victimhood and empowerment than you did before the wounding experience.

See that your feeling — which is your energy— is what you are. Your energy starts in every moment in the beauty of your spirit. And then, as that energy comes through into the physicality of this world — as it comes through into the packaging of you — it can become twisted by our wounded perception and end up being a feeling of worry, fear, suffering, or pain.

Somewhere in your story, in your definition, in the energetic framework that has been created by you, the beautiful feeling of spirit can be twisted into something else. You have the power to recognize and change this.

We are each on a journey of transforming our negative, fear-based beliefs (which come from our wounding experiences) such that we can come ever closer to living within the feeling of our spirit while within the human experience.

Your spirit knows what it is to be entirely free. It knows what it is to experience instant, unimpeded manifestation.

This knowing exists within you as a level of bliss and harmony that exists within consciousness outside of individuality. This feeling is not there as some dangling carrot, it is there to inspire you to dream without limitation such that you can make your human experience all it can be. This is the basis of what the law-of-attraction offers, because to feel and know this space inside of you is to attract the experience of it — which is to create the experience of it.

Only you have the power to face and transform your wounds, your fears, your judgments, your beliefs in separation, your belief in anything other than the wonder of life, such that you come to the beautiful, inclusive feeling of your spirit. Only you can transform the wounded history inside of you that can lead us to experience our life from a negative standpoint.

No other person can feel your feelings for you.

Only you can say, I am not going to have my spirituality as this separate side thing I occasionally pop into and feel.” 
Only you can say, I am going to bring my spirit into my whole life. I am going to bring the best feelings into all of my life and I am going to live my life in relation to them while I clear out anything which stops me feeling whatever it is I want to feel.”

See that you have the power to make this choice and change the basis upon which you are creating your daily experience. In this, you must face whether or not you “really believeall these ideas. This isn’t about what you tell yourself you believe. You will know what you believe by looking at the choices you are making. If you truly believe that whatever energy / feeling you put out you will receive back, then you will make your choices in accordance with that.

Look at your life for times where your actions show you do not believe in the reality of your spirit.

In every moment, be aware of how you are feeling and what that feeling is likely to be attracting to you.

The universe reflects to you what you are feeling. When you feel good you attract the experience of a reality that feels good. So, make the conscious choice to focus on feeling good TODAY. Can you think of a saner choice? decide / determine / choose that you are not going to be someone who is buffeted about by life — whose feeling depends on what is happening externally. Recognize and acknowledge the level of life where this choice is possible.

No one else can “make” you feel anything. You are the determinant of your feeling and it is within your power to bring yourself to experience this directly for yourself. It is possible for your choice to feel so intensely good that you cannot hold opposing feelings in relation to it. When something potentially dramatic happens, hold the realization that you can shape the feeling of your reaction through how you choose to interact with the experience — especially on a mental level.

What games will you let your mind play? will you react from old patterning and conditioning of fear? Or will you take responsibility and stand in your power and say, “No, I am not going to go into drama. I am not going to react negatively. Something has happened, and I know it is coming from the deeper creation of my own reality. I trust this because I trust myself. I trust what I am creating even though it is currently looking like an obstacle.”

I am not going to go into fear. I am not going to go into negativity. I am going to embrace this experience and see what it is about. I am going to give it some time to show itself. I am not going to be knocked into pain. I am not going to be knocked into pessimism. This seemingly negative experience is simply something I do not yet understand so I will allow this experience to unfold instead of resisting it.”

It is within you to respond in this way — with this openness.

It is within you to stand as a sentinel over your own feeling — to take responsibility for your own emotional reactions.

And, by living with awareness of your feeling, and through the knowing that the feeling of yourself is the creator of your reality, so you will polish this feeling and come to feel good more and more of the time. The amount of time this will take all depends on the depths of the illusions, your wounds, and the masks you live behind. Life will always move in the overall direction of improvement when you move from not focusing on your spirit, to incorporating it into your view of your life.

Do, however, understand that even when you are dancing with your spirit you will still choose to experience challenges (including the ups and downs) because they are one of the most fun things about being human.

Where life does not improve, you still have the opportunity to choose to NOT react negatively and go into fear. See how this positive choice then builds your positive feeling (even when you do not yet have evidence of things changing outwardly). We have built what we are over many lives and we must allow time for us to remember and integrate the infinite potentials of our spirit.

Whatever you believe you will experience.

Sometimes the conditioning you are undoing is the belief that “my life does not work” — the conditioned belief that things will always get worse, or the belief that maybe things will be good for a bit and then it will stop working. If you believe this, then that is what you will experience. But, by not falling into fear, by seeing that although a situation may have gotten worse, there is still meaning within it, then you can hear this message and transform the situation.

See that whatever is happening in your life is a script that you are writing for yourself with love. By embracing your life on this level, by bringing this perception, by bringing this fearlessness, by bringing your intention to utilize these understandings, you can transform anything.

You know what law-of-attraction is, but you must utilize it.

You must make this choice to live through your knowing of what can be instead of living as someone that just reacts to the circumstances of your life. And only you can make this choice through the allowance of yourself and your life to change. This is to take your foot off the brake of your life by releasing the ways in which you fear changing.

In clearing your negative emotions and disentangling yourself from unhelpful patterns, you may find that there are many relationships in your life where these patterns exist. You may discover that some people are playing the role of the opponent within a pattern of drama you are releasing. Know that these relationships will either end or transform as you cease to engage them — as you cease to fall into their lure.

EXAMPLE: What are the lures within you? Where do you lure yourself out of the good feeling? Because it is you, no matter how it appears, that allows it to happen. A nagging person outside of you is the reflection of a nagging thought inside of you. It is a reflection of you luring yourself out of feeling good.

To allow yourself to change is to allow your relationships to change.

It is this simple: if you want a good life, then becoming a master of your own feeling — by become conscious of your level of feeling— will transform your life for the better. And what will it even mean to feel good all the time? To feel positive? To feel love? To feel safe? To feel connected? how much in your life will that change? What will you have to change in your life to live within that feeling? Because by living within joy you are being your spirit — you are being the natural flow of abundance that we all birth from and return to.

Most people use the law-of-attraction to focus on the dreams they want to manifest. Feel the dream, be the dream, live the dream — all positive approaches. However, often within that excitement there is also the feeling of there being somethingotherthan what you are, such as the feeling, I am poor, but I want to feel abundant or “I feel alone but I want to feel connected. See how, in expressing this kind of dream, you do not need the negative word to describe the joy of what you positively do want.

Look for emotive and reactive words in how you think of your dream — no dream needs to be defined from the negative to express what your heart wants.

We will always imagine, hope, and dream of “what could be”, but what I am suggesting is to not focus on the law-of-attraction purely from that standpoint because — even if you remove the negative definition — so often these dreams birth in reaction to what we do not have or do not feel instead of truly expressing what our heart wants. These are the kinds of dreams — despite pointing at something you want— that still have to be consciously navigated with awareness because they come from your reactive mind (instead of your welcoming heart).

I invite you to experience the feeling that underlies ALL your dreams — the feeling of your spirit that exists before the definition of the dream.

We are always on some level imagining our hopes and dreams. And I am not suggesting that you stop fantasizing about the many ways in which you can birth exciting experiences into your life (with a strong emphasis on the many ways instead of a single way that you are attached to). What I am saying is that you don’t need to make the details the headline of your focus.

With the law-of-attraction, people are often asked to focus on and imagine exactly they want. This isn’t, however, because you need to specify the details; it is because this is how many people start to get excited about the possibility of it. There is of course nothing wrong with imagining the details, but it does open up the possibility that you will convince yourself that your joy lies in the details — which is to be lost in the idea that your state of feeling is purely a reaction to your circumstances.

So, you can imagine all the details you like, but understand that it is when you feel good that the law-of-attraction really starts to kick in (and that is regardless of the details of what is being imagined). Feeling good is the feeling of the joy and freedom of your spirit, and that does not need to have any particular definition in order to attract wonderful experiences to you. So, see the details as a fun game, but don’t get attached to them.

When you just feel good, when you feel contented, when you feel peaceful, when you feel the flow of your spirit and the beingness of source-consciousness, then reality will give that feeling back to you in a magical outward form.

creation is not something you have to push at. Pushing toward a particular idea of a dream causes you to constantly look at your reality to see whether your dream is coming into being or not. This is to get caught in the game of constantly monitoring your life in relation to the idea of your dream (which is a continual experience of finding your reality lacking except for the one moment when your dream finally arrives). This is NOT what joy and freedom are about.

Your joy exists within the journey of your experience.

Don’t get caught up in looking for what you are trying to manifest such that you get stuck in the continual feeling that “it is not happening yet”. It is this strange dance that people play between wanting something and trying to not notice they do not have it. Instead, try to enjoy moving towards your dream instead of seeing the manifestation of your dream as where your joy begins?

If you just focus on feeling good — but with the knowing that by feeling good you will experience more things that make you feel good — then your dream will not only unfold in ways you imagined, but also in ways beyond what you have imagined. This kind of magic can only happen when you are not grasping at your dream from the fear it may not happen. Hold the idea of your dream lightly, such that it can evolve to surprise and delight you.

You do not need to define your dream; you only need feel it. It can be fun to define it but let that come AFTER you have become proficient at consistently feeling good. And what I am suggesting here is that by letting go of focusing on the definitions of your dream — by staying just within the good feeling— you will be at the heart of the realization of the feeling process (rather than being caught up within the details).

There is nothing to observe or monitor when you just say, “What I want is to feel good”. Feel your dream — don’t think it.

When you feel good you do not need anything else. And you will continue to feel better through the knowing that you are radiating the feeling of your spirit, which is then attracting more good things to you (good things that you are not attaching a definition to). When you feel good, you are radiating your dream.

When you feel good, there is nothing else you need to do except let that feeling unfold.

The law-of-attraction does not mean that the universe “delivers” back to you what you feel. This idea of delivery makes sense when you think of your dream as possessions or circumstances that could be “given” to you. But we are talking about feelings. And these aren’t “delivered”.

There is no delivery service for feelings; reality is a mirror of your feeling.

The very fabric, the very mechanism of reality is a mirror of our feeling because it is a mirror of our spirit. So, if you feel good, if you breathe through that feeling of your spirit and its freedom, you will disentangle your story of struggle or difficulty (the ways in which you have played the game of struggle with yourself).

If you breathe through your struggles, the beauty of the feeling of your spirit will emerge as the living of your life.

Can you allow feeling good” to be enough? Can you let that be enough? Can you let go of being attached to “the stuff” and circumstances and allow those things to come later? The details of your dream will fill themselves in soon enough. In the meantime, I invite you, for this next month, to just focus on feeling good.

focus on whatever makes you feel good.

focus on feeling content, feeling happy, and feeling appreciative of the good things in your life. No matter how small they are, everyone has things they can appreciate.

You are the sentinel of your feeling.

Where you choose to focus will greatly influence the creation of your feeling. Consciously choose where you are focusing from a place of feeling your center and balance. The noise of the world will lead you to focus on many things, but you have the choice of where you place your focus and I want you to observe how this is the main determinant of how you then end up feeling.

Are you willing to predominantly focus on things that make you feel good? Does this feel like a challenge in itself, or does this feel like an easy thing to do? Can it really be a challenge to focus on what you enjoy? Does a month sound too long? how about a week? Do you have the power to feel good for a week, or do the circumstances of your reality feel more powerful than that?

choose a length of time you believe you can manage and thereby begin your journey with confidence and excitement for how this good feeling will grow within you and how reality will reflect that to you.

This good feeling feeds back on itself through the mirror of reality and you will spiral into joy.

Through this process you will see exactly what draws you into drama. Identify it within yourself, but do not judge it. See the processes that operate inside you which lead you away from the good feeling — just observe them so you are aware of them. Do not judge whatever situation they come from.

Say, “I see you. You lead me down the path where I do not feel so good. I do not need you anymore. I am going to make a different choice. I am going to stay focused on feeling good, feeling my natural state, feeling what I am in my core — my spirit from which I flow. Remembering what I already am. Not ‘becoming’ anything — being what I already am. Allowing All-That-I-Am to flow through into this definition of myself. I allow myself to feel this good. Reality can be this good.” 

For a period of one month / week / day just focus on feeling good. Make your choices around feeling good, while appreciating your life, appreciating the experience, appreciating yourself. See your obstacles so you can release them. Only you can do this. Only you can free yourself. For you are the light that you seek.

Do you believe in the law-of-attraction? Then it is time to stop, breathe, and see what focusing on your state of feeling does without concern for the details. The choice to feel good is to make feeling good the focus of your life.

embrace yourself and radiate All-That-You-Are — the radiance of feeling good.

unleash your feeling — knowing full well that your desires will always be springing from you. All you need to focus on is feeling good. Understand that the law-of-attraction is a mechanism of the universe, and it has no agenda for you. It is just a process of this reality. It is how non-physical energy emerges into physicality.

You are not doing some deal with “the universewhen you ask for the good things in your life. You are not here to barter for good things. There is no external force in that way. It is just you and your energy choosing to emerge into a physical reality.

The law-of-attraction describes how your feelings become your form. To master it is to have taken the journey of knowing yourself through feeling.
